You can't... QUEUE contents in general cannot be saved (outq, jobq, msgq,
etc) ... although their definition can be saved.

There are a number of utilities (TAA Tools has one, I think) that will save
the reports in an outq to a database file, which you can then save...
getting the reports BACK into an outq in the original format can be a trick
though.
