There are spool file APIs that you can use to save the entries complete
with all atributes to user spaces or physical files, which can be saved.
You can create new spool files from the user space data, which will be
exact duplicates of the originals, but you must write some code. You can
also use the CPYSPLF command to put the data in a physical file, but
some of the attributes are lost, and it will only work with plain old
text output.
