Roy - you don't view 10 more years on a S/36 as "long term" ????

Well, I guess if the doctors at that office aren't that good, none of
their patients will live to 100 anyway, so you may just get away with
it !   Or will it be "Sorry Mrs. Smith, we COULD stitch up that nasty
cut on your neck, but I'm afraid your 100th birthday is next week and
our S/36 couldn't handle that, so I think you'll agree that it would be
simpler if we just let you bleed to death".
