I just re-read my post, and realized that I forgot something.

Fax and e-mail support from MI are still offered free of charge.
However, I have rarely reveived a response via fax or e-mail from ANY
company that is not just a geneeric form letter, basically re-wording
the manual. 

Most config problems you need to TALK to someone and go over each
screen, to find the problem. I have found that the e-mail version of
'change this setting and try it again' can take weeks to accomplish what
a 15 minute phone call can.
