Use the CHGDTAARA to change QESTELE data area and  insert the number in
the first 10 positions without the SST.For example in my QESTELE I have
the following
 Data area . . . . . . . :   QESTELE
   Library . . . . . . . :     QUSRSYS
 Type  . . . . . . . . . :   *CHAR
 Length  . . . . . . . . :   200
 Text  . . . . . . . . . :
