Hi Tim, You could achieve all of this with a single command. The CHGPF command does all of this for you. Specify the PF to be modified as follows: CHGPF FILE(library/filename) SRCFILE(library/source file name) SRCMBR(member name) DLTDEPLF(*no or *yes) You don't need to copy the data or any of the steps you've written above. I know it's available on V3R7. Don't know if it's available on other versions.
