Hank, I wish you and your customers much success. 

I feel that IBM's path is clear. Enhancements will be RISC. If your 
customers are simply concerned about being able to support their 
existing applications, the I am sure that CISC boxes will do nicely. 
However, if your customers are concerned about maintaining or 
enhancing their market position through the use of technology, I 
don't think that relying on CISC machines will be to their advantage. 

Regardless of what their current requirements are, I don't think that 
it is a good idea to make a purchasing decision today without taking 
IBM's new announcements into consideration. If your customer has an 
immediate need to update their system, get a personalized briefing. 
Maybe there are cost considerations for looking at new machines.
