You don't need to delete RPG, but you do need to delete Fortran, Pascal and
the like.  The DLTLICPGM command runs an exit program in these libraries,
which is unobservable.

Going thriugh the upgrade process, you ultimately do a reload of the
licensed programs, which will take out any of the old licensed programs.
The only ones to be concerned about are the ones which will not be replaced.
