Our parent company leases PC's and the residual vaue of an IBM product vs a Gateway means that after 2-3 years you will get a better trade in calue if you have IBM PC's. I recently closed a deal with a major auto manufacterer and we replaced 400 Gateways/Dells w/ IBM. The VP of IS was tired of the increased maintenance and support cost of the Brand-X products.
