STRHOSTSVR Authority Problems

IBM have finally issued PTF's for the authority problems several people have
complained of with the STRHOSTSVR command not running in the IPL startup 
program because of authority problems with the default QPGMR profile to 
the ADDRTGE command, which was one of the commands run by STRHOSTSVR.
(One solution was to make QSECOFR the owner of the startup program and 
have USRPRF(*OWNER) for the startup program).
The APAR # is SA63614.  The V3R2 PTF is SF40410 (there are several pre-req
& co-req PTF's).
V3R7 APAR is SA61128, and the PTF is SF39392.
Don't see any V3R6 or V3R1 PTF's yet.
