The ?63?  is parameter number 63.  It is probably filled with an //
EVALUATE statement somewhere above in the OCL.   An axample might be:  //
EVALUATE P63='ABC' (Just because it is number 63, it doesn't mean it is
the 63rd parm passed, btw.)
