The ?63? in the above S/36 procedure refers to the library containing
the program to be loaded.  ABC12 refers to the program name, which is
usually... but not always... the program ID.

The S/36 filename being called is ?64?W.KJK ...  suppose the variable
?64? contains X ... then the file is XW.KJK.
