Karthik -- ?63? means 'insert the value of parameter number 63'.  In
this case it is the library where program load member ABC12 resides.

Similarily, ?64? means 'insert the value of parameter number 64'.  If
parameter 64 has the value 'aaa' then the file label is aaaW.KJK.

Normally, the actual values of parameters 63 and 64 will be determined
either earlier in the same procedure or in a previous (calling)
procedure.
