This particular machine is cursed with a very expensive ribbon, which if you are lucky, will last you between 50-100 pages; prints text only, and is not particularly good at that; doesn't have a twinax connect, so it ties up a perfectly good terminal's printer port; and it isn't just a bad midrange computer printer, it also sucks as a PC printer (not that bad for DOS text output, but who cares.) The wide carriage seems appealing, but on balance this machine is a loser. My advice is simply to dump it, but make sure that it is irreparably broken first, so that Dracula does not take yet another victim...
