<snip snip> Jerry Draper writes in regards to an IO Twinax Emulation Card: As a byproduct it transfers data twice as fast as IBM/Clone like IO. You can use their software or any favorite you might choose. Synapse has the only twinax card that runs perfectly in high speed pentiums with no line drop off or freeze ups. Regards, Jerry Dear Jerry, I think you should be careful when telling people they can use "their" software (in this case IO Corp. emulation software) on synapse interfaces. I agree that all PC/Support, Client Access, NetSoft, and other APPC Router based software should work fine. The problem can be when a customer has DOS or Windows 5250 emulation software that has been made to specifically search for a certain kind of hardware. In this scenario, the synapse card may not work at all. /Paul -- Paul Tykodi, Technical Director E-mail: pault@praim.com Praim Inc.
