For the first time I have to disagree with you Joe, a programmer in Mumbai
cost of living isn't one third of yours. It is much less. When I worked
for Morgan Chase, we had a call center in Mumbai and some of their
people(managers and supervisors) came to Florida for training. After
spending several weeks with them I can guarantee that your cost of living
is probably closer to 8-10 times as much. talk about not having a level
playing field.

Thanks, Joe. I was trying to be conservative. The highest priced locations
in Mumbai are actually a little more expensive, and I was trying to be
conservative. I am sometimes accused of hyperbole, although in reality I'm
usually pretty close to the facts.

But thanks for reinforcing my position.
