wellll... sometimes people don't realize what they are saying. "Oh yeah, he's great! He and I used to see which one of us could grab the most ass in a day." Also, it does tell a lot about the applicant just by whom he lists as references. I still chuckle at one application I got: 1) his bartender 2) his probation officer 3) his girl friend, but don't call her at home because her husband might answer.
