There's a "Warning Temporary Level 4 Header" listed under ADDN at the end of
the manual (introduction) which doesn't match the "Level 3" found on the
ADDN entry earlier in the manual.

It would appear as Phil suggests this is part of the conversion to PDF and
not real content for the manual.

Is this the first release of the MI manual in PDF ?
Maybe there's hope IBM will release the Diagnostics manuals in PDF as well.
