Very well said! The intent of my response was where to go for
education. When I was starting out education was very limited and you
basically had to learn it on your own. Someone had posted where to go for
information on products, and I simply wanted to remind everyone your
assigned affiliate has experience and education or can direct you to
   someone who has it.
Regardless System Link is the way to go which was the crux of this post.
I will gladly share my experience on approach, strengths, and weakness on
this product which is pretty misunderstood I think. E-mail me anytime.
I was a bit baffled on the direction this post took.

Dave, Brad's cautionary response was followed by one which indicated
that the affiliates/channel partners might use the information to go
phishing for business. My response to that was that, first it is
against this groups rules and second would be unprofessional. I finally
indicated that the channel partners (affiliates) work very hard together
to maintain a professional approach. Hopefully that is the end of all
this and we can get on with helping each other resolve issues around the
use of XA. I know I have personally and professionally found this
     resource valuable.

May I ask what prompted this statement on this mailing list? I don't
recall seeing any discussion of 'personnel' in this thread prior to this
rather threatening comment. There had been recommendations to make
inquiries of Infor affiliates, but nothing about approaching anyone
else. I hope this isn't an indication of hostility to user groups on
     the part of certain affiliates.

Just a caution that using non-Infor Partner personnel may violate the
Infor license agreement and may carry a significant financial remedy for
third party access of the customer's Infor XA system.
