Greg,

Please forgive my ineptness where Mapics is concerned. What I'm
task at doing is producing a file that contains a specific users
authorized menus and all authorized options on that menu(s). Are you
telling me that Cross Apps/Maintenance-Change/Security
Maintenance/Generate Reports capable of doing this (producing a file
rather than a report)? If not, can you give me a little guidance as to
which files I should be looking at?

Thanks.

Warmest Regards,

Richard Reeve

Why not use Cross Apps/Maintenance-Change/Security Maintenance/Generate
Reports Available in XAR4 --- should be in later versions too.

Greg

All,

I have been tasked with writing a connector to list the
menus/options that each user within Mapics is authorized to. Can anyone
point me in the right direction as far as which files to use to retrieve
this information?

Thanks so much.

Warmest Regards,

Richard Reeve
