I have found that just about any job can be automated if you know how to determine the *pgm that mapics executes and what you need to manipulate in the LDA to fill in the desired parameters. Just have a scheduler or robot job is not enough for most jobs to execute properly as screen data is passed to executing job. We currently automate thinks like PO printing, Invoicing, Pick List Printing, Backup execution w/ pre and post task, MRP, etc with the Robot software and no custom programming. It is unlikely that you couldn't do what you are looking to with Replay since it is a simple macro recorder.
