A company used to be at the MAPICS Conference with a package called "Varsity Shipper". Don't know if they still exist or not. Their package looked pretty decent to me. We wrote our own interfaces with UPS and FedEx using the free Offline Shipping Enhancement from MAPICS, and it works great. We are about to expand it into a fully integrated version that will interface with our LTL carriers, using a service/package called VisiShip.
