"Would item comments, "include on all documents" work for you ??" Is there item comments at the ITEM MASTER level? I know there are additional descriptions (PURCHASING) but I do not know a place where we can add item descriptions with that size (or anything like it) in MAPICS. When you are saying "item comments", I think you are referring to sales order - item comments, or mfg order - item comments, etc. and not at the item level, which I think is the matter of the question... is this correct Teresa? We happen to have an inhouse file that its unique key is ITNBR and we can put there whatever we want and have in-house reports read it. Good luck!
