"Any thoughts on how to get an IFM security Audit from MAPICS? One that is for all IFM users and actually means something?" A meaningful report? Well, in my opinion, none that I am aware of. We have developed our own reports, based on our needs. We have also used journals so we can report changes in some files. Is sad that MAPICS has not developed some basic "SOX"-related solutions yet. Besides, is just reports what we are all concerned about. Auditors have the means to validate but us be able to report this in a meaningful way is what has been the challenge. I do not know if this can help you but some of the files we have discovered are: 1. YAAAREP Application 2. YAABREP Application User 3. YAACREP User 4. YADQREP User Defaults 5. UANHREP User Defaults OBI 6. YAAVREP Task 7. YABOREP Financial Division User My $0.02 cents... good luck!
