Lloyd, Not having seen another response, I did a little digging in ERLIFM. I found Users, Applications, Menus, Tasks, even Financial Divisions, Units, etc. You should be able to construct an IWP report and subset over these files to list what users can access. Access is granted by an authority level, so you could list all tasks/applications/etc that are within the authority level granted to each user. A few simpler reports could show the access level and capabilities of each user, the authority levels required for the various areas - Applications, Tasks, etc, and what data access rights have been granted - ie Fin Div, Units. One that is for all IFM users and actually means something? Thanks, Lloyd H. Degnon I.S.
