I'm missing your release level, but all the problems you send concern MUI
(MQINSEPT...) which in older versions are helped with resetting MUI.  How to
do this is in those (older) PTF apply notes.
The AMZCPU... stuff is the licence check.  Are you sure you followed the
apply notes completely?
