Yes I did follow the instructions completely.  

I found out this morning that this particular PTF was not supposed to be
issued.  It seems Mapics made a mistake on their e:info letter and I was
the first knucklehead to download and install it.  

As a warning to other XAR4 users, don't install this PTF.  It will back-
level program AMZMM to an earlier version which will cause you
problems.  Mapics told me this morning that they are going to pull this
PTF so that it cannot be downloaded.
