SH41688 - Problem PTF -- MAPICS-L

I just applied this PTF, which replaces the AMZMM and MQINSEND programs
and now I get errors whenever I log on.  Specifically the following:

By taking the ignore option I can log on.  Has anyone had any experience
with this?  I will probably go back to the previous tomorrow if I cannot
resolve this.
