   The LT in the Itembl has nothing to do with operation start dates, (sorry
   Skip) .

   It is calc by PCC . You need to have std hrs in rtn,  check your time
   basis code. Also, W/C capacities need defined. (double check your Prime
   load code, W/C as well) 

    PCC calc a duration time based on MO qty, Std Hrs( MO op) .  and Std
   capacity (W/C) .

   I have a trigger that updates these values when ever maintenance is
   performeded on a routing.
