We use hard-wired CCD scanners (el cheapo's), and I am about 99% sure you
can get them (cordless) from SureScan.  My sales rep from SureScan is John
Ryan, phone number 1-708-226-0002.

They have a pretty comprehensive product line offering, and I have found
them to be very price competitive and easy to work with.
