Bonnie, What kind of scanners are you using? I use a mix of laser and CCD - some work better than others. I have to scan through a (frequently dirty and creased) plastic sheet on a lot of my stuff, and surprisingly enough, I have found the low cost CCD scanners work better than the high-end lasers. Just a suggestion..... Some of the product is wrapped with a poly film before the warehouse people locate it. Our scanners are not reading the label under the film. Has anyone else encountered these problems? And how did you resolve them? Thanks much, Bonnie Lokenvitz Engineered Polymers _______________________________________________ This is the MAPICS ERP System Discussion (MAPICS-L) mailing list To post a message email: MAPICS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/mapics-l or email: MAPICS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/mapics-l.
