Bonnie,
What kind of scanners are you using? I use a mix of laser and CCD - some
work better than others. I have to scan through a (frequently dirty and
creased) plastic sheet on a lot of my stuff, and surprisingly enough, I
have found the low cost CCD scanners work better than the high-end lasers.
Just a suggestion.....

Our scanning project has hit a roadblock. Some of the product is wrapped
with a
poly film before the warehouse people locate it. Our scanners are not
reading
the label under the film.
Has anyone else encountered these problems? And how did you resolve them?
