Fw: IFM Financial Division Currency(2)

PS: It is normal standard ECCA works with a fixed rate.  This is how the
EURO conversion is done (by law, not by programmers)
I mentioned ECCA as a starting point for your problem, don't expect it to be
the whole solution.
