Ann, Do these customers require the item description in their native language? If they do not like to see it that way, you could create a language code and create a description with that information. Then link these customers to this "language". There are only a few challenges here - you can only have one line of description for this "language". Another option is to create Customer/item Xref records and then attach comments to that Customer item. You would probably want those item comments to auto-include = Y.
