Ann, Could you just auto-add line item comments to all items for those customers? We wrote code that does that as a part of the user exit in order entry (either green screen, CSM in Browser, or off-line load through COM_Net) for particular line items, it shouldn't be hard to replicate it for all items by customer. If you want, e-mail me direct and I'll send you PDFs of the source code (it'll have a lot of other stuff, too, but you should be able to see what's going on). We maintain the country field in the ITMRVA file for each part. Also "Unitary net weight: xxxx" after each line item. We have been reviewing the existing user exits and are not finding one that fits this scenario. We can write the code to chain over to the ITMRVA file and get the info, just don't see a user exit that will let us accomplish this. Best we see is a shipping user exit and write comment records to the MBGACPP file. We do not have source. Once we get it on the spooled file, we can move the data around with our FormSprint software.
