Is it possible that the services also include the Mapics University and training services that they provide on site??? -----Original Message----- From: MAPICS@xxxxxxxxxx [mailto:MAPICS@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, November 10, 2003 6:30 PM To: mapics-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: Question on MAPICS services Remember that MAPICS now includes the SyteLine product so unless they broke out the services revenue by product line, they're rolled into one number. Check out the highlights at: http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/031030/305743_1.html There's also a discussion of the numbers on the message board at: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/mb?s=MAPX I know they do have consultants that work with the Portal and offer programming type assistance from my dealings with support. This revenue would be rolled into services I'm sure. Services is a very lucrative piece of business, just look at what IBM has done in this area.
