That's why I asked, Lisa. I've never heard of "services" before, and I've
been on MAPICS since 1986. And it's a big chunk of their revenue - odd I
never heard of it.
I have had some custom Browser work done, but I contracted it through
Paragon (Phil Joseph's outfit), not MAPICS.

I have asked for existing "green" screen functionality to be placed in
client apps in R6 and in several cases been told that they had no plans to
add that functionality in R6 but I could speak to someone about a fee based
alternative. Maybe this is services?
