We are evaluating COM_Net2 with advanced catalog, CIE and the install pack. Our requirements include Order entry for items using features and options. How do any of you current users (assuming there are some) handle the availability problem during backups. I would appreciate all comments from any users of this package or alternatives. What were your times to implement and staff requirements. For those that went with alternative solutions, what are your plans to deal with Mapics updates that impact the functionality.
