It depends a bit on if the order entry user needs to enter information
or not. If the task can be "automated" with known logic I would use a
suitable user exit and write my own logic, files, reports and programs.
MAPICS really does not support commissions well at all with no
calculations, a bad file structure and no dependency on invoicing
(assuming you want the sale and commission in the same month). If you do
need to enter info you might then want to customize the MAPICS screens.
I am not quite sure of what you would do in the case of CSM.

My question is in regards to COM (XA6).  We have a business requirement
to allow multiple commission lines per a single sales representative at
the line item level (MBA4CPP).  Has anyone modified the customer order
