We are switching to MAPICS and implementing XA release 6. We are starting out 
with 20 floating licenses and are wondering what methods other companies use to 
free up licenses after, say, ten minutes. Our current ERP system (Syteline 4) 
does not have this and we have to manually kick people out.  Of course, we 
still want the users jobs to continue - we're just trying to prevent someone 
from logging in and then leaving their workstation for an extended amount of 
time and tying up a license someone else needs.
