We recently converted to MAPICS XA Release 6 on an AS/400 running V5R2. We have also started a new business segment that performs service work on equipment. I am interested in hearing how other companies handle service work for customers. Invoicing and tracking sales history and the key areas of interest. We don't have any need to maintain inventory balances for the service work. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Doug
