Create an Almost duplicate environment

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to create an "almost"
duplicate environment? Our accounting dept would like
a duplicate of a current one, but without any of the
AP and GL data (we use IFM). They just want the AR data
and the data for COM, IM, PDM, PUR, PCC, PMC.
