It isn't the CSR I want to default to a specific warehouse but the customer. Why have a value in the Customer Master if the system overrides it? We are getting orders for these items placed on the incorrect warehouse. I have tried using the Whs field in the customer master but this does not appear to flow through to the COM order on order entry. I appreciate your suggestions.
