Bonnie, There is a hierarchy used to determine what warehouse code is used when a user enters an order in COM, but unfortunately I don't have access to my MAPICS notes right now. You can set up a warehouse code by user, by customer bill to, and by customer ship to (I may be missing one other default) - I believe this is valid in Rel 5 and up. I don't remember the specific order in which they override each other, but I believe you want to be able to set up the default warehouse by customer ship to for your particular requirement. I would check with MAPICS support and see if they have a white paper on setting up warehouse defaults so you have the correct information. I don't have access right now to their support database, but as a customer you should. Look in E:Info first and I believe you will find your answers.
