this and end up typing the exact same response.

Please be aware, I do not provide AS400 technical support directly.  I do
provide AS400 technical resources that you can use to help solve your problem.

Your best course of action would be to find the appropriate mailing list
hosted by MIDRANGE.COM, subscribe to it, and post your question.  You can
find the mailing lists at http://www.midrange.com.

You might also want to consider searching the Mailing List Archives at
http://archive.midrange.com to see if someone asked a similar question
before.

Also available, although still in its infancy, is the AS400 FAQ site at
http://faq.midrange.com.  You might be able to find an answer to your
question there.
