Tim,
I misspoke when I mentioned all the documents that can be faxed. Go to MAPICS
website under Informational PTF SH11640 to get the info on the docs. There are
more than just those beginning with FX.  The OMTOOL (American-Presence)
solution is the only one that has no additional programming required (that I
am aware of).
