We're trying to use American Presence Fax, but it gets confused with
EZ/Print 400. It seems we can fax EVERYTHING or print EVERYTHING, but not
mix.

Tim -
We have American Presence Fax solution and at present only faxing POs and
Debit Memos. Scan in the form as a bitmap and save to a folder in QDLS,
then use their menu option to convert. We already had FormSprint to print
logos, graphics, etc. on some forms and the fax software will fax those as
well. We also created an overlay from Word after reading this list
(Konrad's input) and put it as an override to the printer file in CAS. That
faxes also. (

Our email is only internal, but American Presence has an email function
also. We just cannot take advantage of that at present.
Have been very happy with their support on getting things going. Once a
report is set up, never have to give it another thought.
