According to the PC&C Users Guide... Operations with routing times defined in hours per lot (TBC=H) refer to a fixed amount of time to perform an operation that is independent of the quantity being produced. For example, a heat treatment or plating operation that can produce one to many pieces in a single lot is independent of the quantity being produced. If your order quantity includes multiple lots or batches in which each lot is processed sequentially and each lot has a fixed amount of time, you must adjust the standard operation runtime fields in the order to reflect the true operation duration.
