Unattached jobs going to held status -- MAPICS-L

Has anyone experienced the problem of the unattached jobs being held
randomly? Lately, we have been having the problem of the unattached jobs
going to a held status for unexplained reasons. I am confident that nobody
is going into the maintain unattached jobs option and doing this. I have
checked the application logs. I spoke with one person at MAPICS but they
could not explain it. Any help would be appreciated. Obviously, this is a
major problem for us.
