I'd like to know other folks experiences with the use of TBC=H (hrs
per lot) in a routing. To me, it seems that the STD LOT SIZ from the
item master should be used to determine the standard lot size and the
appropriate times applied to the routing when a manufacturing order in
entered.

I don't seem to get that response. I just ran a test where a routing
was created with SLS = 39, TBC=H, run labor =1.00. Made 2 MO's: one
for 39 pcs, the other for 390 pcs.

Both routings report the same run labor for that operation: 1.00.

The only thing that I have not done here is to run the costing rollup
on the new item. If that is required, then I must wait until
tomorrow.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
