RE: OLAP Reporting Packages with MAPICS

Not closely, which is interesting as we have a number of seats of Crystal
Reports. Perhaps my major hesitation with Seagate was whether the product
line will continue to be there in years to come. They appear to be steadily
losing market share, and none of us like to be "orphaned," particularly on
higher ticket items. In fact, much of the reason we are moving this division
into MAPICS was general frustration with the lack of support from a dying
publisher: JBA/GEAC.

That said, are you able to enlighten me with any feature(s) that would make
Seagate shine over the few alternatives I originally mentioned? In other
words, something I can go with to the folks who sign the checks and say
"here's why Crystal would be our best choice?"
